The purpose of this workshop is to orient existing, new, or yet to be formed community-academic partnerships and public health practitioners to Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) Science. This workshop will guide attendees through the broad goals and principles of D&I Science with a more focused implementation lens. The goal of this workshop is to show how D&I methods can support the movement of evidence based practices into community and clinical settings. The workshop will provide examples of early stage work in D&I Science, the role of community engagement, and how to apply for D&I funding.
