Epidemiology of Youth Suicide: Recent Trends, Media Influences, and Implications for Prevention

Dr. Bridge will discuss recent national findings of the changing epidemiology of suicide in children and adolescents. He will also present data on how media portrayals of suicide can both increase and decrease risk for contagion. Finally, implications for prevention will be discussed.
